Top Sector. Community & Nonprofit is the top sector this week, attracting $3.1B, 94% of total incentives.

Top Region. Ontario is the top province this week, securing $1.9B, accounting for 58% of total national disbursements this week.

Top 3 Recipients in Ontario

  • A new 17-kilometre multi-use trail in Windsor is being incorporated into a major provincial highway. The infrastructure project receives $636M from the Government of Ontario and $764M from the federal Gateways and Border Crossings Fund.
  • The  Peel Memorial Centre for Integrated Health and Wellness receives $451M from the provincial government to open a new, state-of-the-art hospital in Brampton.
  • Team Eagle Ltd., an aerospace company, receives $501.5k from the federal Build in Canada Innovation Program (BCIP) to commercialize a Runway Aircraft Braking Availability Tester.
