We work with some of the largest companies in the world on a wide variety of interesting and complex issues. We are looking for a motivated and hard-working person eager to create content, devise strategy and execute campaigns that resonate with people. If you want to help our clients win, we want you on our team.

Most jurisdictions in Canada have compliance obligations for those who have previously served in government. Please indicate in your cover letter what, if any, lobbying or ethics compliance obligations currently apply to you. You may be required to register to perform grassroots advocacy work.


  • Work closely with our team of digital campaign experts to design, build and service mobilization and grassroots advocacy campaigns.

  • Write and produce thoughtful and strategic campaign plans, creative briefs, presentations, and messaging that is guided by thoughtful strategy.

  • Design, develop, and produce campaign content, with a special knack for producing videos that get traction on social media.

  • Produce social graphics and other visuals to drive a campaign’s message and narrative.

  • Write compelling content that recruits citizens to join our movements and engage with decision-makers.

  • Place, manage, and optimize digital advertisements and other acquisition funnels.

  • Learn, understand, and operate Crestview Strategy’s proprietary mobilization platforms and models.

  • Contribute to ongoing business development, including soliciting new business, growing existing business, and raising the profile of Crestview Strategy.


We invite you to apply even if you feel like you do not meet all of the requirements listed below. We are looking for candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

  • At least two years of experience in video production and editing, and basic graphic design (for example: familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop).

  • The ability to acquire skills and knowledge specific to an assigned project, and the work ethic to become an expert on new and complex topics quickly.

  • The ability to think about this knowledge, imagining how it might come to life as stories, content, and experiences for different audiences.

  • Hands-on experience using social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) for content creation.

  • A can-do, self-starter mentality and an entrepreneurial approach to working within our growing team.

  • Stellar communication skills, especially written. Writing samples will be requested.

  • A strong work ethic, good organization skills, and an obsession over the small details.

  • A constant thirst to stay current with industry best practices and technologies
