Funding for the week of Sept. 30 under Canadian federal and provincial grants and business incentive programs reached $167.2 million, down from $1.8 billion during the previous week.
Top Sector: The Academic and Research sector ranked first, attracting $70.6 million, or 42 per cent of national disbursements.
Top Region: Quebec is the top region this week, securing $140.5 million and accounting for 84 per cent of total national disbursements.
