The Empire Club of Canada will host a virtual panel discussion regarding a new survey that explores key trends and possibilities to enhance the citizen experience online. Jim Love, CIO & Chief Content Officer, IT World Canada (ITWC), will moderate the discussion with special panellists Kaleed Rasheed, Minister of Public and Business Service Delivery, Government of Ontario; Craig McLellan, CEO & Founder of ThinkOn and Kathie Miley, Vice-President, Americas Security, VMware - Carbon Black.
