One year after Stephen Lecce made his debut on the QP Briefing podcast, the Progressive Conservative MPP returns for a second episode, but this time as Ontario's education minister. Lecce talks about his new portfolio and the ongoing education sector labour negotiations, including the issue of compensation. The podcast was recorded on Nov. 27, one day before the Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation announced it would hold a one-day strike on Dec. 4 if a tentative deal isn't reached. On the podcast, Lecce also discusses youth engagement and "intergenerational debt."
