NDP MPP Sol Mamakwa joins the QP Briefing podcast to talk about his experience as a rookie politician at Queen's Park. Mamakwa discusses some of the challenges of representing a northern Ontario riding, including travelling to remote communities without airports. He also talks about what he has been hearing from his constituents, his first impressions of the legislature and question period, and how he thinks the government has fared on Indigenous issues and reconciliation.
