Three more Progressive Conservative MPPs said they have their COVID-19 shots, after initially opting not to share their vaccination status for a QP Briefing story.
Finance Minister Peter Bethlenfalvy told reporters Thursday morning that he has the vaccine certificate available to Ontarians who've had both doses. It was in response to a question about his views on a provincial vaccine passport for domestic use — which many business and health-care leaders have called for, but the government has so far ruled out.
"I have even paper as well," Bethlenfalvy said. "And so we can produce that whenever needed."
Social Services Minister Merrilee Fullerton tweeted that she's had "each of my two doses."
And MPP Stephen Crawford's office confirmed he's had both shots.
Opposition parties had said all NDP, Liberal and Green MPPs are fully vaccinated except for one NDP MPP whose second shot is booked for Monday.
Two independent MPPs — Jim Wilson and Roman Baber — said they're fully vaccinated, and the third, Randy Hillier, declined to comment.
New Blue MPP Belinda Karahalios did not respond.
